用GC-MS检测苹果种子层积过程中内源MeJA、GA↓3、GA↓4和GA↓7的变化

摘要: 苹果种子层积40d后,萌发率及胚轴鲜重随着层积日数的增加而迅速增加。层积50d时,GA_(3)和GA_(7)含量分别达到高峰,在子叶中以GA_(3)为主,在胚轴中则以GA_(7)含量最高。层积对GA_(4)的含量变化影响不大。表明不同种类GA对低温处理的反应同不,发生器官和作用部位也有区别。MeJA在5℃和17℃条件下其含量变化无明显区别,但受温度的影响较大。
