摘要: Functional carriers play an important role in the efficient delivery and release of pesticides. Herein, fluopyram-loaded microcapsules (MCs) were prepared via interface polymerization for plant root-knot nematode (RKN) control. After microencapsulation, the crystal level of fluopyram decreases and its molecular degrees of freedom increases. MCs with different structures exhibit different release response and show different target contact and soil migration properties, which affect bioactivity and control against RKN. After modifying the interfaces of the MCs with Fe3+ and lignosulfonate, the MCs exhibited pH response release and responded to the organic acids secreted by the roots following nematode infection. Simulations and isothermal titration were used to confirm that under acidic conditions, the electrostatic and coordination interactions between the Fe3+ and lignosulfonate weakened, with a binding energy between the iron ion and sulfonic acid group decreasing from −221.21 to −169.99 kcal mol−1. The acidic condition accelerates the release of fluopyram from MCs. Fe3+ species also affect the electric double layer, decreasing the surface potential of MCs from −42.86 to −32.80 mV and improving their resistance to metal counter ions in soil. Moreover, fluopyram was delivered evenly to the plant rhizosphere for RKN control, where the control effect was 87.50 % on the 90th day after treatment. Thus, the proposed MCs interface modification method provides a strategy for pesticide-loaded carrier functionalization and efficient pesticide utilization.
