摘要: Control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is closely related to ecological safety and human health, and the development of highly efficient, low-energy-consumption technologies for VOC abatement has become an important research focus. Photothermal catalysis, which combines the advantages of photocatalysis and thermocatalysis, has attracted extensive attention owing to its superior performance and broad prospects in VOC removal. This review first briefly introduces the three typical operation modes of photothermal catalysis and summarizes the main types of photothermal catalysts reported so far, which are classified according to their design strategies. Particular emphasis is placed on recent studies ranging from catalyst morphology regulation (exposed crystal facets, construction of oxygen vacancies and heterostructures) and compositional design (doping and supported structures) to MOF-based design strategies, as well as on the regulation of reaction-system parameters (humidity, gas hourly space velocity and VOC concentration) and process coupling (ozone oxidation and NOx reduction using VOCs as reductants). Finally, the current problems and challenges in both catalyst design and reaction system optimization for photothermal VOC degradation are summarized, and possible directions for future research are outlined.
