Nanocomposite Films Of P-Type Mos2 Nanosheets/N-Type Zno Nanowires: Sensitive And Low-Temperature Ppb-Level No2 Detection

摘要： Real-time monitoring of ultralow emission of NO2 gas is of great importance for environmental protection and human health. The effect of temperature and componential mass ratio of MoS2/ZnO composites on ppb-level NO2 sensing at low temperature were investigated here. It was found that MoS2/ZnO sensor with mass ratio of 1:2 exhibited the optimal sensor performance at 60 degrees C, i.e., high response of 63% toward 50 ppb NO2, sensitivity of 1.496/ppb, excellent repeatability and nice selectivity. These performances were among the best cases for MoS2 based NO2 detection, providing a vast potential in the future applications.
