摘要: Aerobic composting is a widely used method for managing poultry manure and other agricultural wastes. However, the variability in compost quality due to differences in engineering practices has impeded its widespread industrial application. This study investigated the effects of varying poultry manure mixture ratios on the aerobic composting process, focusing on their impact on composting performance and microbial community structure. The results showed that feedstock ratios significantly influenced compost quality. Notably, the T2 ratio (caged chicken manure: breeder chicken manure: rice husk chicken manure = 3:4:3) achieved the highest peak temperature of 71.2 degrees C, while the T3 (4:3:3) and T4 (5:2:3) ratios sustained the longest thermophilic phases. Although all composts met the maturity criteria, the Electrical Conductivity (EC) values did not al1ign with recommended standards. High-throughput sequencing analysis revealed that the T1 ratio (2:3:5) exhibited the highest bacterial diversity, with Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria as the dominant phyla. Redundancy analysis (RDA) identified moisture content (MC) as the primary factor influencing bacterial community dynamics, with its effect being most pronounced during the early stages of composting. Overall, optimizing feedstock ratios is a promising strategy to improve composting efficiency and quality.
