检测PCV2、PPV、PRV、PRRSV的多重PCR诊断方法的建立及初步应用

摘要： 本文建立了一种能够同时检测猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪繁殖呼吸道综合征病毒(PRRSV)的多重PCR诊断方法(MultiplexPCR,mPCR)。设计了4对引物分别用于扩增PCV2ORF2353bp、PPVNS1271bp、PRRSVMN434bp、PRVgB194bp的目的片段。特异性实验表明,建立的多重PCR诊断方法对猪瘟(CSFV)、大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)和双蒸水的PCR扩增结果均为阴性。敏感性实验表明,四种病毒的最低核酸检测量分别为:PCV2,29.0Pg;PPV17.3Pg;PRRS...
